The herbs and aromatic oils in AYU products are carefully selected to nurture and balance both your body and mind. Each of the three AYU Aroma Oils has its own unique composition and fragrance:
Pitta: Aroma oil with balancing essential oils that promote calmness and lightness for body and mind.
Vata: Aroma oil with balancing essential oils that provide a deeper sense of presence, stability, and grounding.
Kapha: Aroma oil with balancing essential oils that bring energy, activity, and movement to body and mind.
We recommend using the burner for a maximum of 3 hours at a time. The aroma lamp should not run out of water and should always be cleaned after use to maintain its beautiful appearance.
