Free Group Meditation

On the first Saturday of each month from September to December, we invite you to a free joint meditation at ayú.

We start at 10.00 with approx. 20 minutes of meditation – a calm and mindful start to the weekend.

Meditation is free, but requires registration as there are a limited number of spots. We therefore hope that you only sign up if you are able to attend, so that a spot is not taken at the expense of others.

Registration is on a session-by-session basis - so if you sign up now, you'll be attending the next Saturday.

After the meditation, we open the doors to everyone.

Here you will have the opportunity to explore the ayú universe, ask questions, and shop for products. Each month there will also be special offers, discounts, or last-chance products, which are only valid on this morning.
