Autumn invites us to slow down.

This evening, we delve into Ayurveda's perspective on autumn and the Vata energy that many experience as restlessness, racing thoughts, or an increased need for grounding as the days shorten.

The focus of the evening is on the hands.

We pamper the hands with a sensory hand bath, where we create a small sanctuary in the midst of everyday life using ayú products, warm towels, and gentle hand massage.

A mindful experience that demonstrates how something as simple as massaging one's own hands can bring calm, warmth, and connection to the body.

Throughout the evening, we will discuss small Ayurvedic rituals that can help us transition more gently into autumn.

We will also explore the scents, textures, and experience of the ayú universe, and how small moments of self-care can make a big difference in daily life.

We offer a glass of bubbles or a cup of tea, and after the event, there will be an opportunity to shop with a 20% discount on ayú products.
