This evening, I invite you into the universe of Ayurveda, where we will explore the three energies Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and how they affect our daily lives, our habits, and our way of approaching life.
Throughout the evening, you will have the opportunity to reflect on which energies you recognize most in yourself, and how you can create more balance with small adjustments during a time of year when many experience restlessness, fatigue, or lack of energy.
Among other things, we will discuss:
• What characterizes Vata, Pitta, and Kapha
• How the energies manifest in everyday life
• What gives you energy – and what drains you
• How to support yourself through autumn and the darker months
• Small Ayurvedic rituals that create more calm and balance
Along the way, we will also explore the ayú universe through scents, oils, and sensory experiences, and you will get inspiration on how you can use the products as a natural part of your own daily rituals.
The evening offers:
• Introduction to Vata, Pitta, and Kapha
• Reflection and recognition
• Scent experiences with ayú

You do not need to know anything about Ayurveda in advance. Just come with curiosity and a desire to get to know yourself a little better.
