How to use

Fill the hot water bottle with hot, but not boiling, water, filling it no more than 2/3 full. Gently press out the air, screw the lid on tightly, and check that it is sealed. Place the hot water bottle where you desire warmth and relief – for example, on your feet, stomach, back, or shoulders. Avoid sitting or lying directly on the hot water bottle to preserve its durability.

Care & maintenance

The silk cover can be hand-washed at 30 degrees and should air dry to maintain its softness and quality. Ensure the hot water bottle is empty and dry when not in use.
