Throughout late summer and autumn, we invite you to four live evenings on Instagram. Each evening will
be based on the time of year we are in, and on how Ayurveda can inspire us to achieve more
balance, calm, and presence in our daily lives.
We will discuss simple Ayurvedic principles, small manageable rituals, and the ayú products that may
be particularly relevant right now. There will be ample time for questions along the way.

In Ayurveda, autumn is particularly associated with Vata. This evening, we will look at how we can create a
counterbalance to autumn's cool, dry, and mobile qualities.
We will talk about warmth, rhythm, grounding, and repetition - and why even small rituals can make
a difference. You will get concrete suggestions for manageable daily rituals and inspiration for the
ayú products that are particularly beneficial at this time of year.
We will touch upon oil, warmth, scent, and self-care - without it having to take a long time every day.
